The HRMA of Southwest Florida Strategic Breakfast Seminar Series is being hosted in March by Lykes Insurance as a part of Excelleration 2011.

In this first of three Strategic Breakfast Seminars, the March event will present How to Strategically Position Your Company to Mitigage Employment & Workers' Compensation Claims.

Coral Molloy, Esq. from Henderson Franklin, et al will lead a presentation on How to Mitigate Workers' Compensation Costs. Here you will learn cost mitigation strategies in the prevention and reduction of claims. You will gain awareness as an employer of steps you sshould take once a workers' compensation claim has been reported.

Suzanne Boy, Esq. from the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, et al, will highlight business implications and strategic perspectives of the ADA, FMLA & HIPAA claims.
