Karen Anderson, SPHR, Director of Human Resources for Shell Point Retirement Community was honored at the annual Human Resource Conference through HR Florida on August 28, 2011. Karen joined Shell Point Retirement Community in 1996, where she oversees the management of human resources, strategic planning, safety, and employee health.
