The board of directors was recently named for HRMA of Southwest Florida. The group is a local chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management which meets to discuss issues related to human resource management and to find ways to better serve employers and employees.
HRMA has monthly meetings with speakers, educational programs, and networking with human resource professionals. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near the Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers.
The 2012 board is: Janette M. L’Heureux, president; Karen Jaye, president-elect; Marianne Davis, secretary; Jaime Maurer, vice president of programs; Tom Jobin, vice president of membership; Mary Kohlasch, college relations director; Beth Barger, workforce development director; Anna Evans, foundation director; Suzanne Boy, legislative director; Victoria Ramina, diversity director; Judy Marcucci, scholarship chair; Molly Grubbs, marketing chair; Rhiannon Silvashy, sponsorship chair; and Sandie Peterson, past-president.
