Personal Lines Account Manager

General Description:

The Personal Lines Account Manager works closely with Account Executives, Advisors, Carriers, and Clients to perform the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned accounts as well as grow their book of business.

Major Responsibilities:

Support agency sales efforts by working with Account Executives to develop complete submissions on new and renewal business and obtain quotes in conjunction with agency marketing procedures. 

Work in conjunction with Account Executive to perform annual review and risk exposure analysis of renewal policies for proper coverage, incorporating information obtained from client and/or Producer.  

Maintain client files and ensure proper documentation by processing all policies, endorsement changes, invoices, binders, certificates of insurance, documentation, activities, etc., according to agency procedures, and within agency timelines.

4-40 license required;or must be willing to obtain.  Applied EPIC background highly desirable. 

General understanding of personal insurance coverage with a willingness to learn coverages and rating programs.  Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must maintain a professional appearance.  Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team.
